Designate September 11 as "National First Responders Day"

First responders came from far and wide to help save lives on 9-11-01. Many continue to risk their lives on a daily basis to protect their communities, often on a volunteer basis. Let's use this day to honor the fallen, and those who tried to rescue by donating to our local first responders on an annual basis so they can continue their heroic work, make a decent living, and insure themselves to protect their own families.
