Designate TeaParty.org as an Enemy of the State for obstruction of the constitutional process and economic terrorism.

A petition to have the Tea Party organization held accountable as official Enemies of the State for hijacking our countries constitutional processes and economic welfare. An organization that poses a significant threat and creates economic unrest and turmoil in order to seize and replace our diligent process of government with their own principles and ideas. Where by associated sponsored elected officials are made to sign affidavits that could prevent them from acting on behalf of the well being of our great country and its citizens. Where as any legislature passed or agreed upon by its sponsored officials in direct conflict with its signed contracts and radical principles results in the threat of financial recourse to said elected official there by creating a "hostage" situation.
