The victims both Civilian and Military have been told that the shooting in Fort Hood in 2009 was because of workplace violence. Review the circumstances of this incident and make a valid determination as the proud Military and Civilian personnel that were there deserve the rights to the benefits and recognition that this would enable them to receive under military regulations as well as Department of Defense directives.
