To have actively supported and provided political and material assistance to a coup in Kiev in 2014 against the legally elected President of Ukraine, the United States of America rely on covert operations which fall squarely within the definition of "international terrorism" under 18 U.S.C. § 2331. Then, supporting the illegally appointed junta, armed operatives directly appointed by the CIA or through American financed NGOs or private mercenaries companies acting under disguise, participate in retaliation against civilians who do not accept this coup, by intimidation or coercion, assassinations and kidnapping, mass-murder including kids and women in various cities of the Eastern Ukraine.
Accordingly, the United States of America must be officially designated as "State sponsor of terrorism
