Designate U.S. Military Troops as "Essential Personnel" to prevent any interruptions in pay in the event of a shutdown.

Each time Washington Politics get in the way of the Federal Budget, our military personnel are caught in the crossfire. Their pay is endangered. These men and women have sacrificed enough in service to this country and should not have to fear not getting paid because of a political disagreement. Let's categorized them under the umbrella of "essential personnel" in order to prevent this issue. Let these men and women focus on the task at hand and not the pettiness of D.C.
