Designate Violent and Racist Flash Mobs As Domestic Terrorists

With the rise of black-on-white flash mob violence erupting in cities all over the country, numerous innocent bystanders have been severely injured or killed. These mob attacks are racially motivated and are happening more frequently. The hateful idealogy, provocing fear and acts of violence for political means should be classified as terrorism rather than crime. I'm calling on Americans of all races to come together and sign this petition. If the same actions used against terrorists can be applied to the mobs and street gangs, this will send a clear message to those involved that this type of hate and violence won't be tolerated.
