Designated areas for Syrian refugees, to protect US citizens, as well as the refugees.

It is gravely important that the Syrian refugees are kept in check. The best way to do this would be to create zones that the refugees are sent to. We can't run background checks on them, so we don't know who they are. They should be kept in these zones as much as possible, and monitered closely if they leave. Any civilian put in their position would be glad to have a safe place to sleep, good food to eat, and be surrounded by people that you can relate to. The ones that we should watch are the ones that try to leave this refugee area. This way, we can more effectively prevent radical movements, we can keep track of the refugees that we let in, and the refugees would be living in the same culture as they were previously. This is the most effective way to help both sides. Thank you.
