Corporate Lobbying of the United States government and its representatives for the purpose of influencing the thinking of legislators or other public officials for or against a specific cause in exchange for campaign funding or the exchange of anything monetary is bribery plain and simple!
Its the most impure and unethical way to run a government that tries to serve its citizens as a whole, but rather divides it into fragmented pieces. How can the government and its representatives justly serve the country and its voting citizens when the system allows large grouped entities i.e. corporations to also influence the way it legislates in exchange for campaign contributions.
Vote for a law that makes the exchange of any monetary value with US public officials illegal ASAP.
