I am writing to you as President, which, because of the Budapest Memorandum has become one of the guarantors of the integrity of Ukraine. Please take action to destroy separatism in Ukraine. As separatists in Ukraine run by the Communist Party and the Party of Regions I suggest all members of these parties deny mandates and deprive the right at any time enter into parties and the engage in political activities.
