Detain Capt. Paul Watson On Interpol Red Notices

Created by B.B. on February 22, 2013

The US Marshals Service and US Coast Guard (The Commanding Officers Of Both Have Already Been Contacted By Mail And Furnished With This Information), Should Detain Capt. Paul Watson On Interpol Red Notices If He Should Step On US Soil Or Enter US Territorial Waters. Regardless Of The Alleged Motives, This Is For A Court Of Competant Jurisdiction To Determine, Not A White House Petition Directed To President Barack Obama. Capt. Watson Will Be Afforded A Probable Cause Hearing Before A US District Court Judge After Being Detained, And That Judge Will Determine If He Should Be Sent To Costa Rica Or Japan. If The US District Court Finds Probable Cause, US Marshals Service Shall Be Ordered To Transport Him, Under Arrest, To Both Costa Rica And/Or Japan To Stand Trial.
