Hire recently retired military security force members, as well as recently retired civilian police officers. Add these members to ICE for a limited time (perhaps a 5 year contract @ 40-50K per year in salary) in order to help track, detain and deport illegal immigrants currently in our country.
This will not only help with our Homeland Security, but will also relieve the tax burdens on legal Americans who are having to 'pay' for the health, welfare and education of these illegals.
