Detain Gotye at Guantanamo and water-board him each time "Somebody That I Used to Know" is played on the radio.

Whereas we as a people have been subjected to "Somebody That I Used to Know" by Gotye on every radio station in the U.S. and whereas we may have at first enjoyed the song, we as a people are now terrorized, every time it disgraces our airwaves.
And while we do not wish to inhibit the playing of the song, nor impinge upon the rights of stations from doing so, nor do we wish to prevent Gotye from collecting any royalties for his song, we ask that the government take immediate action to declare Gotye an enemy of the U.S and a threat to our way of life, and that the government immediately capture and detain Gotye and deliver him to the detention facility at the Guantanamo where Gotye would be water-boarded each time "Somebody That I Used to Know" is played on a radio station within the U.S.
