Too many recipients in young generations both citizen and non citizens are adjudified disabled for mental reasons or excuses,What about americans with severe arthritis and other physical ailments such as several bulging discs and tissue damage etc..Along with At least a urine analysis for any type of state funded given help whether to be mass health,any type of transitional assistance ,snap benefits,etc.
