Congress has held up all legislation for everything except social items ((ie) repeal Obama care) with no consequences.
There must be something that can be done to force them to stop their dereliction of duty. Every job I have ever had has had penalties for not doing your job. Why does Congress get away with it.They were elected to work for the people not against them. We can't always wait for the next election and I do not want a rebellion that wouldn't do any one any good.
