This petition is to force congress to take a good hard look at the numbers needed and the numbers achieved to call for a "constitutional convention" (Many prefer convention of the states since "constitutional convention" to some people means the constitution is open for anyone to change). Unofficial numbers put us at 42 states in favor of a convention, whilst congress has ignored our cries, Authors and Politicians have started Bills to get this process started, but we need every front to be used in the fight to restore this nation to a constitutional republic.
