I believe that the obvious racial hate demonstrated by teenagers, Justin and Dante Robinson, who slaughtered a 12 year old white girl, Autumn Pasquale during the theft of her bicycle more than meets any threshold for such an investigation. The black brothers' hate for whites is proven by the FACT that they did not have to kill her to have gotten her bicycle.
