I believe it is time for the citizens of Puerto Rico to determine already their political status and alliance to the U.S. Alot of aid has been provided to Puerto Rico with very little results. Their should be a Federal watchdog to monitior the money given to the Puerto Rican government due to the corruption and little interest of making the country better.
