Determine why H.R. 2095 American Families United Act is stalled for a second Congress session and has not become a law

During the 113th Congress, H.R.3431 The American Families United Act was proposed and it died after it never progressed from a bill into a law to change the current immigration INA. It has been reintroduced during the 114th Congress now as H.R. 2095 and since June 2015 sits in the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration and Border Security. How is it possible that this bill is sitting idle for a second time, a bill that can help 1000s of US citizen families like mine currently separated countries apart be reunited, 1000s upon 1000s of US citizen children who cannot be with both their parents. This is a human rights and freedom travesty and goes against our common values here in the US. As a combat decorated veteran serving this country now for 30 years, please sign this bill into law.
