A commenting system would allow us better insight into topics so we can better inform ourselves. It may be important especially as time elapses and situations change.
- Users should optionally be allowed to leave a comment with their petition.
- Registered users should be allowed to vote AGREE (UP) / DISAGREE (DOWN) on other users' petitions.
- Add sorting by date and number of AGREE (UP) / DISAGREE (DOWN) votes.
