Develop and present to the UN a plan to accurately identify the psychological preparation for war in all forms of media.

The goal is to develop a more accurate means of determining and addressing potential threats to world peace, shifting the focus away from the military developments of a nation and toward what is commonly recognized as pro-war propaganda. This would include the attempt of any nation or group to build a case for war, demonize an enemy, or by any other means pursue the psychological preparation required to wage war against another nation or group. The purpose of these actions is to eliminate the chaos and confusion of accusations and to strategically pursue, at all levels, a broad shift in the global media toward eliminating the psychological preparation required to wage war and toward strengthening relations among all nations through a UN sanctioned global humanization campaign.
