Develop and put into a place a National Right To Carry Law that replaces all state concealed carry laws.

Created by E.H. on February 01, 2013

President Obama,

This is a formal request by the people of The United States of America to have you develop and put into place a National Right To Carry Law that will replace all existing state laws and permits with a nation-wide standard allowing permit holders to carry a concealed firearm anywhere within the United States.

The current method of state by state permits only serves to infringe upon our second amendment rights and is in no way economically viable for most people who can not afford to attempt to obtain a permit to conceal in multiple states, especially with the stark differences in various states laws, regulations, and fees.

The right to bear arms is a constitutional right for all Americans and should not be belittled with red tape in every state.
