Develop an application for mobile devices and computers for Voting

Created by W.H. on April 07, 2014

Voter turnout in 2012 was around 130m people. In 2013, 500m people downloaded Candy Crush and 680m people have mobile Facebook accounts. The U.S. has some of the world’s worst results for voter turnout. The main reason for lack of voter participation is time. We need to adapt to a more efficient form of voting, in accordance with the next generation of voters. Voting software should be made available for all mobile devices and computers. We require an app for voting. Voters could sign in using their social security number and their last name, but would still have the option of voting in their local district. We currently have the technological capabilities to do this; by not implementing it we risk a further decline in voter participation for the next generation.
