Nelson Mandela once said "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the World."
The fact is most voters are not politically educated and it's for economic reasons. The cost of being well informed far outweighs the benefit. This is know as rational irrationality. This leads to small well organized groups aided by their lobbyist to be over represented. This often effects legislation that bleeds the unaware majority for benefits isolated to minority groups, that in-turn give aid to politicians. To long has the majority been bleed without an utterance of objection. Please develop a bill that encourages the electorate to become more politically educated and involved, such as a tax incentive for politically educated voters. It's time we start using our greatest weapon.
