This requires no explanation or elaboration. Simply put, in terms of cybersecurity, we are exposed. The Cyberwarfare divisions of the Air Force, as well as the obvious, but denied wing of the CIA, should come up with a plan to secure America's place in cyberspace by no later than the close of the year and present it to the President and the pertinent wings of Congress for approval. There is no excuse for our technology to be crippled or our corporation's secrets stolen by rival countries. The fact that the administration has been so lax on this issue, or has taken steps in the wrong direction with the introduction of such bills in Congress like SOPA and PIPA is appalling to say the least.
