Most of us have heard about a No-Fly List, that is about ensuring aviation safety. A No-Buy List should be developed to ensure mentally unstable people are not able to purchase firearms. This database would be created by our government working with psychologists, therapists, doctors, and hospitals.
Right now there is no such system in place.
The No-Buy List would be a place where the name, address and social security of the person that may potentially harm others through the use of firearms is listed.
Fire arms resellers would look to this list and identify these individuals and not only (not sell) to them but report them as wanting to purchase to the local police.
