Develop a federal law to define early voting timeframes, access & per capita voting machines for all federal elections.

This recent election has illustrated how partisan actions can be used to disenfranchise millions of voters. We need federal laws to set uniform standards for access to early voting, registration to vote, and provision of the tools of voting. The US looked like a ridiculous joke on the world stage with lines of US citizens having to stand in line for hours to excercise their right to vote. We need to fix that and enure all citizens have equal access to vote.
