Felony offenders should not be held accountable for their criminal history after completing their sentence. These people are still U.S. Citizens and have families that depend in them. These people are being held accountable not once but twice for crimes that they have already suffered for. It would only be fair if these people were allowed equal opportunity employment like the rest of society. If they have already completed their sentence then they should also be considered for ALL JOBS (excluding sex offender registries) regardless of their convictions. This can only be done if some type of program is established for these people so that they are not left without hope. This would not only benefit the offenders but the American tax payers as well!
