Develop a fully functional Death Star

So that we will be the only nation to have one, proving once and for all that America is the greatest nation there is, was, and ever will be. This "Death Star" will keep America and our allies safe for years to come and it will also prevent our enemies from establishing colonies on the moon. The Death Star will also prevent nations that seek to destroy the United States from attempting to do so. The Death Star will not just be a weapon though, but also another "America" for when the countries of Earth engage in a global nuclear conflict. The Death Star will have shopping malls, restaurants, gyms, movie theaters, schools and all the other necessities for everyday human life. My fellow Americans, please consider this petition so that we someday do not regret failing to have a Death Star.
