Presently emergency fire fighting shelters have a success of 50 % or less when properly deployed. No breathing devices are part of shelter. We go to the depths of the seas, to space and the moon ; but cannot survive extreme fire for a few minutes ! This is shameful to lose 19 highly trained firefighters because of poorly designed emergency shelters. When those men deployed their shelters they knew that less than half of them would survive. That is so sad to not spend the money to protect them .
