Develop Income-Based Relief programs for students with Private Loans. Busines tax credits for hiring college grads.

Individuals need incentives to be educated and earn a degree
to qualify for a good job. There is no longer the promise
that an education will lead to a good job. Job creation needs
to be the number one priority and individuals need to see the
benefit of having a good education. Additionally, there must
exist the means for students to pay back student loans
rather than defaulting. Income-based relief programs must
be available to everyone, no matter what type of student loan.
Private student loans should not be exempt from the IBR
programs.
