We have the technology and the population to make this happen. There are more people dream, designing and developing ideas to allow us to go into space then any other industry. We need to develop a industry to keep up with the population of this planet, and this will provide it. The things we will find on other planets, moons, and asteroids will help enhance life of Earth. We should have began this process back in the 70's, but now 2012, we have yet to visit another planet. Alot of our problems will be contained once we begin living for something more than just ourselves.
