By developing a job placement program for veterans as armed security at schools, as an extension of the police force or as school district employees, it is a win-win situation.
Partnering of communities and veterans allows greater security of our children, teachers and administrators while at school and critical job placement/creation for those who have served our country. Requiring extensive mental health checks, supplemental training and background checks prior to employment would be statutory, along with develop use of rubber bullets by security guards.
