by developing more focused college credits necessary towards ones actual goals and avoiding unnecessary years of needless high fees for education - many would have more money to begin with and would be geared into joining the job field sooner and at a younger age.
another simple strategy is to offer upgrades in degrees with simple one year programs that allow those already in particular fields to excel to higher paying jobs. such an example would be PA - who needs to return to med. school in order to advance to become doctors. Such a program would develop tremendous amount of opportunity and economical growth and simultaneously add a stable more competitive health care system.
