The main problem behind road rage in California is the there is no jurisdictional consequence against this dangerous act at an early stage to prevent the fatal consequences that may result down the line. There also isn’t any type of compensation set up within our state to help victims of road rage. There is a undeniable difference between someone diving reckless on the road and someone who is initially driving aggressively in an act of rage against another person or driver, Yet our legal system classifies them both as an accident a majority of the time. I petition the state of CA set up a program against road rage similar to the states DUI program that will consist of both preventable and consequential technique. There needs to be more of a risk at stake then just a ticket and a court date
