develop legislation for birth certificates from federal agencies when state agencies refuse. (14th amendment)

Created by C.C. on July 15, 2015

BORN HERE, BELONG HERE. Protect the birth right of all American citizens. State agencies are refusing to issue birth certificates for children born in America when the parents lack identification acceptable to local personnel or state agencies. This denies equal protection for American citizens under the law, in violation of the 14th Amendment. Therefore, the federal government should develop rules and regulations to provide birth certificates for American citizens from federal agencies when local authorities refuse to do so. (Federal birth certificates should also be available to citizens of any age born at home who did not receive a birth certificate at that time. States are using this as an excuse to refuse Voter IDs for American citizens.)
