Develop a plan (and set a timeline for initiating it into action) to set common sense gun safety laws and ENFORCE them. We are required to be tested regularly for driving a car; we are required to have a license for fishing; why is it so hard to control gun sales. Every weapon should be tagged so law enforcement knows exactly where each gun is at all times. My car is tagged so is my cell phone, why not guns?
