develop a policy to eliminate CAPTCHA internet questions.

CAPTCHA type questions have grown in popularity throughout the past few years. This violates human rights in several ways such as it is discriminatory against people without internet access, people who cant see, and people who cannot read. CAPTCHA messages affect trade since it takes time out of people's day to figure them out, and can make it hard for non-English speaking people throughout the world to conduct business with business' in the U.S.A. This is a women's rights issue, as everyone knows women can't read as gooder as any men can. My personal research that I've conducted over the past ten years has led me to reach these scientifically sound findings. In conjunction also a non bias survey I conducted at a man's suffrage rally came to a support of 97% approval.
