To develop a Presidentmobile (e.g., Popemobile) for Inaugural Parades.

To develop a specially designed motor vehicle used by the president during outdoor public appearances (e.g., Inaugural Parade). The Presidentmobile (similar in concept to the Popemobile) should be designed to allow the president to be more visible when greeting large crowds. The Presidentmobile should be made by an American company (e.g., Ford, Chevy), include a special bulletproof glass-enclosed "room" that has been built into the vehicle, most cutting-edge technology available (eco-friendly drive system), a minimum 272 horsepower engine with an automatic transmission, climate-control system, and a full stereo system with a iPod port.
