develop programms for our post-military members. too many service members current and past have no housing.

There are hundreds of houmeless service members in our military. some are still serving in our national guard units. some are just coming home from different parts of the world. there are many unused hotels and other facilities in our cities which are either foreclosed or just abandoned that we can use as temporary or semi-permanent housing and development centers. theses facilities all have the basic things need, rooms, kitchen and dining and conference rooms that can be used for training.
we also can use the service member to operate the facility and to maintain its upkeep. these facilities would only need a small staff put on AGR/ADOS orders to oversea the day to day operations. it can be done, it should be done
