Many people have struggle finding a job due to companies requiring experience. Make policies that require companies to develop programs in which they hire job applicants and allow them to get experience. I know that internships can be a good start, but even most unpaid internships require experience. As a result, most people waster years and years searching for unpaid internships or entry-level employment.
