Just because people make decisions to have kids and can not afford them, should not be a golden ticket to get benefits when there are college kids who obey their parents and struggle to make ends meet. There should be a time period of support and once it's over, it is over forever. The state should not carry the load for able body citizens, who irresponsibly have kids and live off the system their entire life.
