Mr President, I would like you to propose and fund NASA to develop a network of geostationary orbit satellites equipped with infrared sensors capable of detecting the ignition of wildfires, so that firefighters in the rural areas of the west coast of the Untied States can have dedicated access, to detect and deter wildfires before they do enormous damage to homes and property, taking lives as they blaze out of control.
