Develop a tax credit or government benefit to support all citizens affected by extreme heat due to global warming.

In response to President Obama's statement that we are the first generation affected by climate change, I am petitioning the Obama administration to provide support for all tax paying citizens in counties attached to or south of interstate 20. Due to the global warming affects in this area, the citizens need support to help with utility costs, clothing due to excessive sweating in the heat, etc. We are victims of prior generations and request support from the Obama administration.
