New droid based satellites ($3,500 - MIT) can map the asteroid belt. Additional instrumentation could be added to assay minerals. Relay satellites would coordinate between earth and hundreds of droids.
The resources would exceed our national debt and world debt. Our finite resources will not be limited in an infinite universe. Our frontier is there. We can resolve our debts, and the debts of the world.

4. Department of the Treasury evaluates mineral standard.
5. Department of State evaluates mineral standard for countries, based on a desire of nuclear disarmament.
6. Department of Interior develops Asteroid mining regulations to protect mineral markets.
