develop a transcontinental high speed monorail system (in excess of 300 mph), for all weather, from city to city.

Created by L.P. on September 24, 2011

The high speed monorail system would hang from a single track, traveling down the center of our interstate systems, to save money relative to necessary land acquisitions. It would be capable of carrying both passengers and semi-trailer trucks, (reducing the carbon footprint) from pt. A to pt. B in record time, in all kinds of weather, without delay. From New York to Los Angeles in 8 hours, Chicago to New Orleans in 4 hours, New York to Miami in 4 & 1/2 hours, and others.

The system would pay for itself via incremental completion, city to city. Planning, research & development, manufacturing, administration, construction, maintenance, and operations would employ U. S. citizens both exponentially and tremendously. Such a system would foster new economic zones across our country. Hope-USA
