Laws should be enacted to limit interest rates on credit cards, loans, and any money lending by a corporation, bank, or financial entity to interest rates of no more than 10%. Furthermore, no company may change the contracted interest rate to a higher rate after accepting an account. Interest paid on any credit cards or loans should oncw again be tax deductable.
