The development of Omni Directional 3-D Maneuverability Gear will become of use to the military if and when the walls break down and the Titans flood the city. The Maneuverability Gear has six flesh pairing blades equipped, along with two control grips that you can attach the blades to. More importantly, it will allow you to direct the grappling hooks.
