We need to have at the national level a Camp David Summit between police, government officials, and black leaders to address the issue of deadly force by police. From this meeting there is a development of talking points and from these talking points there is a National Guideline for the use of deadly force by police. The country as a whole are seeing too many videos of black men being killed by police THIS HAS TO STOP.
