Bill to save animal lives, to add safety to automated cars, increase internet and data to automobiles, add security to the country with warrants . government should imbed a device every 10 foot of road on both sides that tells the driverless or drivers where they are on the road and in the country, to allow drivers to have internet for everything, wifi for the public. This device has to be created by the government. There needs to be laws that say support for this device has to be in all os. This device should emit audilbe sound to animals when a car is approaching. It should scare the animals off the roadway. Security someone kidnaps a child the police gets a warrant and can track within inches where the last car sighted with the child.
