devise and impliment a plan to remove Illegal guns from the streets lowering gun violence

While the general focus of the Government is registering and locking down the gun industry. Not one person has devised or mentioned a plan to remove illegal guns from the streets. WE THE PEOPLE demand that a plan be implemented that removes illegal guns from the streets. Doing this will DRASTICALLY if not almost compleatly eliminate Gun violence and Gun Crime
